Monday:
We’ve been invited to a press dinner for a new local restaurant so no cooking (or dishes!) for me tonight.
Tuesday:
- lentil tacos
- lettuce, tomato, green onion, salsa, cheese, sour cream (as toppings)
- salad
Wednesday:
- fried rice
- homemade egg rolls
- fresh pineapple
Thursday:
- spaghetti and meatballs
- salad
- baked zucchini topped with parmesan cheese
- garlic bread
Friday/Saturday:
We will be attending a wedding in Tulsa Friday night. Our anniversary was this past Saturday but we decided to celebrate with two nights in Tulsa. Can’t wait!
Sunday:
If we get back in time and all the kids are available we’ll do “Sunday Family Dinner”. I’ll probably grill burgers or hot dogs.
