Monday:
We had my parents and the kids here for a Thanksgiving meal Saturday night (you can see a picture of our table here) and we have LOTS of leftovers. Chris and Kadi are coming over tonight to help us dispatch some of them.

- ham
- mashed potatoes and gravy
- macaroni and cheese
- cranberry sauce
- peas
- corn
- dressing
- rolls
- pie
Tuesday:
I’ll boil the turkey carcass and pick the last of the meat off for this meal.

- fresh fruit for dessert
Wednesday:
I’m setting aside enough ham for our meal this evening. If there’s any left I’ll dice it and put it in the freezer to add to soups or other dishes.

- baked beans (David’s grandmother’s recipe)
- cauliflower
Thursday:
- big chef salads
- crackers
- fruit
Friday:
We are going to a party. There will be finger foods and wine. I haven’t decided what I’ll bring yet but there will be enough there that we won’t eat before.
Saturday:
I have no idea yet what our Saturday night plans will be. If any of our friends are playing music, David will probably want to go out. If so, we’ll probably go out to dinner first. If we decide to stay in I’ll fix something simple like soup and grilled cheese.
