Wednesday:
- lentil rice casserole
- served with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, salsa
- tossed green salad
Thursday:
- baked ziti and vegetables
- salad
- homemade bread
Friday:
- date night 🙂
Saturday:
I have some organic, humanely-raised chicken breasts in the freezer which I bought before we decided to go mostly vegetarian. They need to be used pretty soon, plus I’m trying to clear out the freezer a bit.
- baked chicken breasts with my homemade “Beam Me Up BBQ Sauce”
- mashed potatoes
- whatever frozen veggies I find in the freezer
- salad
- biscuits
