Monday:
David picked up Chinese food Saturday night – enough for a small army! We ate off it yesterday and I sent some with the guys for their lunches today. There is still a quart of egg drop soup and some garlic chicken which I will use to make chicken noodle soup tonight. I also need to get myself in gear and bake bread today so that will be a good accompaniment. It’s cool and rainy today so soup and fresh bread will be perfect for dinner.

- turkey and vegetable stir-fry (at least I *think* it’s leftover turkey in those vacuum sealed bags in the freezer!)
