Monday:

- tossed green salad

Wednesday:
- potato latkes (I’m going to try these in honor of the first day of Hanukkah.)
- green beans
- salad
- garlic bread
Thursday:
I will be serving at our annual Spaghetti Spectacular fund raising dinner for United Campus Ministry. This is the same night as our town’s Christmas parade. Because of my mushroom allergy I can’t eat the spaghetti so David and I have a tradition of going out to eat after I’m through serving.
Friday:
- vegetable soup
- homemade bread
Saturday:
- macaroni and cheese with caramelized onion topping
- tossed green salad with dried cranberries
- baked apples
