David and I spent the weekend in the city and then he had to fly out Monday on a business trip. He’ll be home Friday so I figure for the nights he’s gone I’ll eat a lot of veggies and one night of fish (something he’s not all that keen on).
Monday:
On my way home from the city after dropping David off at the airport and doing a bit of shopping, I stopped at Jason’s Deli for a sandwich.
Tuesday:
- Crispy fried cod
- Golden Crusted Brussels Sprouts
- baked sweet potato
- salad
Wednesday:
- roasted asparagus
- boiled red potatoes
- corn on the cob
- salad
Thursday:
- Greek yogurt
- fried egg
- toasted French bread
- fresh fruit
Friday:
- artichokes
- bbq chicken
- rice
- grilled pineapple
