Something came up and I missed my monthly grocery trip with my daughter in April. May is a crazy month so we likely won’t have time for a trip this month, either. Fortunately I can get most of what I need at Aldi. Here is my grocery haul from this week.

So far this week we’ve had Mediterranean style chicken and veggies (recipe coming soon), burgers with homemade coleslaw and corn on the cob, and then last night I baked some cod filets, baked potatoes, asparagus and salad. I haven’t made a decision about tonight yet – ha!
