I have a small Facebook group called Namaste, Y’all. We share information about yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Every so often we do a meditation challenge. I just started one for the month of December and thought I’d offer y’all a chance to do it, too. December can be a really hectic time as we scurry about buying gifts, signing Christmas cards, decorating, attending holiday events, etc. It’s good to take a little time each day to sit, breathe, and quiet the mind. Join me as I make this a daily practice.
Each day I’ll post a guided meditation video (or maybe a podcast link) here. I’m going to *try* to have it posted early each morning. If you have any favorite meditation sources I’d love to hear about them. Leave me a comment.
And if you would like to be a part of my Facebook group, let me know. I don’t want the group to get very large but I will be happy to add anyone who is serious about mindfulness. In order to add you we will need to be Facebook friends so keep that in mind.
