Happy Valentine’s Day weekend! Do you have any special plans? We are getting a late start but we’re going to go out for lunch and visit Turner Falls. It didn’t turn out to be quite as warm as we had hoped (upper 50s) so we may not be there long but the drive there and back will be nice.
It dawned on David yesterday that he’s off work on Monday for Presidents Day so he’s taking me to our favorite hotel in Oklahoma City, the Skirvin, on Sunday night. The rates were ridiculous on Friday and Saturday but Sunday’s rates are quite good. We found a “sitter” for Shiloh so we’re good to go. We had already agreed to serve as ushers and greeters at church this week so we’ll head up to the city afterwards. I can’t wait!

QUOTE OF THE WEEK
Now, I need to ask y’all a question. Do you like these weekly review posts? If enough of you enjoy them I will continue doing them but here’s another option:
Subscribe to my weekly newsletter (sign up form below) and I’ll include much of the same content. In fact, I’d love for you to sign up for the newsletter anyway. It includes content not found on the blog and is a little more personal.
Have a beautiful week!

I hope you and David enjoy your Valentine’s celebrations. As I said before, we’re celebrating late.
As a general rule, I use your week in review posts as a quick way to go to the posts of yours I commented on during the week and check for replies to my comments. However, if you decided not to do them, it wouldn’t be a big deal, since it’s not exactly essential I do it that way; I only do it because the option is there. So, if you want to keep doing the weekly round-up post, great. If not then that’s fine too. I mean, it’s your blog, and you can post what you like on it.
