How has your first full week of 2016 been? As I write this review I’m reminded that despite all my best intentions, life doesn’t always follow my plan. One of my goals for this year is to get more sleep. I’m *trying* to be in bed by 10 with a goal of being asleep by 11. Want to know my success rate? 0%. Even when I manage to be in bed on time something happens to prevent me going to sleep before midnight. And I continue to wake up exhausted and unable to do my planned morning routine the way I’d like. But hope springs eternal and I’ll keep plugging away at it.
Otherwise my week has been fairly routine. I’ve had a couple of meetings, got my hair cut, had a family meal out to celebrate our son’s birthday, and had a very nice afternoon at a coffee shop with my daughter discussing some of our upcoming blog plans. This evening we are having several people over for pizza and game night which will be fun. It also means I’d better get a move on and at least run the vacuum cleaner.
So let’s take a look at this past week on the blog and the Life With Dee Facebook page, shall we?

They say it takes at least 21 days for something to become a habit, or to break an existing one. So, just keep at it, and in theory by the end of the month you’ll be having better luck.
