Monday:
Last night we used up the last of the Christmas turkey in enchiladas. I have just a couple of slices of ham left so I’ll use them tonight in a casserole.
- Cheesy Ham and Potato Bake (minus the bacon because I don’t have any)
- salad
- sliced apples
Tuesday:
- Curried Vegetable Stew (never did get around to it last week)
- rice
- salad
- orange slices
Wednesday:
A friend shared this on her Facebook page yesterday and raved about it. It got rave reviews on the site, too. Figure it’s worth trying.
- Chicken Marbella
- couscous
- salad
Thursday:
We are going to Oklahoma City with our kids to see “The Book of Mormon”. The show is at 7:30 so we’ll go out to dinner with them beforehand.
Friday:
- Roasted Cabbage with Lemon Worchestershire Dressing
- creamed peas
- homemade cranberry sauce
- baked potatoes
- rolls
Saturday:
We are going over to my parents’ to celebrate my dad’s 77th birthday. My mom is making tacos. I’m going to bring some Mexican rice and maybe some beans. This will be mid-afternoon so we’ll likely just order a fruit and cheese platter later that evening when we are at a party for a friend at Vintage 22 (local wine and dessert bar).
Sunday:
Hopefully all the kids who usually join us for Family Dinner and Game Night will be back from holiday excursions so we can get back to our usual routine.
- spaghetti and meatballs
- salad
- garlic bread
