Monday:
- Mexican-seasoned black beans and veggies over brown rice

Tuesday:
- lasagna roll-ups
- salad
- garlic bread
Wednesday:
I have an afternoon doctor appointment, choir rehearsal in the evening and David is planning to work on a firetruck. That means we won’t eat until around 8 or 8:30. I think this would be a good day to make red beans and rice. I can start the beans earlier in the day and put rice in the rice cooker just before I go to choir. I have several loaves of homemade bread in the freezer so we’ll have that to go with it.

Thursday:
We’re going to have to wing it this day. Lisa and I will most likely go swimming in the afternoon. I then have a 5:30 meeting and I *think* David, Lisa and I will have another meeting at 7 (haven’t heard for sure yet). I may just bring some cheese and fruit with me for a little nibble between these events and then we’ll go out for something to eat after our last meeting. At least that’s how it looks right now.
Friday:
- roasted chicken
- twice-baked potatoes
- broccoli
- salad
