Dee, I’m looking forward to being able to read all of your things in one place. 🙂
Thanks, Elisa. I think this will be a much better system for my readers and myself. Please let me know if there are specific topics you’d like me to share about.
I am enjoying the daily doses of Dee the new blog format has. And the featured articles always earn a click. You’ve done a great job!
Thanks so much, Terri! I had the basic idea but I couldn’t have executed it without the tech knowledge of my daughter.
Since I’ve started following you on Facebook, I’ve found myself enjoying your posts. Makes perfect sense to have everything organized in one place, I think it’s going to be great and a lot of fun for you!
Thank you so much, Jessica! I’m glad you are enjoying it.
What I would use the card for…to offset some family expenses as we are unexpectedly a one income household.
It’s tough to be a one income household, especially when you hadn’t planned on it. Best of luck!
Ah, I too have been neglecting both my blog writing AND reading. I plan to change that this winter. I would use an Amazon gift card to buy a homesteading/homemaking book – it’s always about the books! Your new blog looks great and I look forward to reading more!
Thank you, Cherie! I have your blog in Feedly but haven’t been good about commenting. I hope to do better. And yes, it’s always about the books!
Love the blog!
Thank you, Sunnie!
I would use the gift certificate towards Christmas purchases, most likely for an angel tree gift or items for Operation Christmas Child.
Love that you have everything in one spot now 🙂
Thank you, Aimee! I think it is going to be a lot better having everything together. We always participate in our church’s angel tree program.
I love your posts, always have!! I would use the gift card to buy Jennifer L Scott’s upcoming book, Poise with Madame Chic. Like you, I love anything to do with French style!!
Thank you for your kind comment. I’m looking forward to reading that book, too!
I like the way you have everything in one place now.
I look forward to having plenty of posts from you delivered to my inbox in the future! 🙂
My plan is to post at least once a day so there should be lots to read. 🙂
Sounds good! 🙂
Speaking of reading… That’s what I’d use the gift certificate for… Some of those books on my list of books I want. A couple of them are audiobooks, and those can get quite expensive, so the gift certificate would lower the price a fair bit for me. Not as important as needing it for household expenses or anything like that, but it’s what I’d do.
I love your blog — I would use the gift card for a “french style” book <3
Thank you, Selma! So, have you decided which one you would buy?
There’s a shower curtain I’d like to get.
A new shower curtain can really add a nice little boost to a bathroom. I’m now a bit curious about which one you have your sights set on. 😉
I would use this for some new fall boots.
Do you have any picked out? I bought a pair for Paris last fall and they were SO comfortable. I wore them almost daily all last winter. I was just thinking earlier today that I ought to order another pair in brown.
I will get back to school supply.
I’m amazed at how many school supplies are required these days. It can really add up!
I’d use it to get a new hair straightener
I had to buy a new one last year. I looked at all the expensive ones, couldn’t make a decision so just bought another cheap one. Ha!
Books probably, a need a few more paperbacks :))
What kind of books do you like to read?
Lately I’m into young adult books, loving Colleen Hoover!
I’m not familiar with her. I’ll have to check her out.
Make up!
Any favorites? And that reminds me that I need to place an order with Everyday Minerals.
Believe it or not, I don’t own a slow cooker, so this would be a little push to finally get one.
By the way, I’ve meant to thank you for your playlist on Spotify, which is very enjoyable – some old favorites and some new to me.
Oh, I’m so glad you are enjoying the playlist. I love to make Spotify playlists. As for the slow cooker, that’s a good choice. It’s so handy to use for days I’ll be out of the house and it’s a really good way to cook a roast or turkey breast.
I would use it for new boots,
It will soon be boot weather!
Probably splurge on some new makeup!
Makeup can be rather expensive but I think anything which makes you feel good about yourself is a worthwhile purchase.
I would buy some books for my daughter. We love reading together.
How old is your daughter? Some of my fondest memories are of reading to my kids. I read to them every day until they graduated high school (we homeschooled).
I would use it towards christmas gifts for my grand kids
I’m already starting to think about Christmas shopping, too!
Just graduated PA school, so I would use it to buy a book for my new job!
Congratulations! Books can be really expensive, can’t they?
There are a couple of things that I have been eyeing for the kids for Xmas — thank you for the chance!
It’s hard to imagine that Christmas will be here before we know it. I already asked my (adult) children to start working on their lists.
So excited that you have a new blog! Thanks for the chance to win an amazon gift card in your giveaway. My amazon wish list is a mile long! 🙂
Oh, so is mine. Actually, I have several wish lists on Amazon. Ha!
Cool giveaway! I think I’d spend it on this board game (Scene-It) that we played at my family get together on Labor Day!
Oh, we have that one! Haven’t played it in ages, though. We ought to drag it out sometime.
If I won, I would use the gift card towards books that are on my Wish List.
It seems that’s a common theme amongst my readers. Books are definitely the main item on my wish list.
I’d use it for books!
Good plan!
If I won I’d use it towards books. Another school year has started and there’s a bunch of books I need to get!
School books can be really expensive!
I would love to win this to help pay for Christmas presents for my two small children. Good luck to all who entered!
Looks like several of us are already thinking about Christmas. Where has this year gone?!
I would use it toward a birthday gift for my sons birthday next month.
Happy early birthday to your son!
Thank you for the giveaway and your recipes are great! I would probably use the card to purchase something for my dad’s birthday coming up.
Thank you, Matthew! One of my goals for this site is to get all the recipes organized by category so they’ll be easier to access. Happy birthday to your dad!
I would by camera slider.
Photography is one of those hobbies I’m really interested in but haven’t found time for.
$25? I don’t know. I need so many things. A keyboard is near the top of the list. I can barely read these keys.
Have you worn the lettering off? That happened on the keyboard of my last computer. I touch type so it wasn’t a big deal for me but whenever my husband needed to use mine for something at home he was frustrated by the lack of letters on many of the keys. I hadn’t noticed until just now but A and T are totally missing and S isn’t far behind. Ha!
I would give it to my sister so she can buy a case of diapers
Aw, that’s very kind of you. I can’t believe how expensive diapers are.
I would get my daughter some books. She is learning how to read right now.
Such an exciting time in a kid’s life!
Saving for car seat for baby number two
Congratulations!
I would use the gift card for reading materials that I will give as gifts.
The gift of books or other reading materials are always welcome.
I would use it to either buy a new memory card for my camera or start purchasing books of my long wishlist of books!
My book wishlist is so long I could never read them all. Ha!
I would add it to my Amazon gift card balance.
Are you saving for something special?
I would use the gift card for craft supplies.
Sounds fun!
wanna get the new Avengers blu-ray 3D!
Sounds like something my husband would enjoy. 🙂
well, probably save it for a time, and use it to reduce the cost of a kindle or similar!
Good plan!
I’d use it for a new cozy mystery..
Do you have one in mind?
I would put the gift card toward a Blu-ray player my husband has had on his Amazon wish list for a long time! I’ve been saving up for it and am hoping to get it for him this year for Christmas.
What a nice gift!
I’d probably use this card to get my husband a bday present:) He has his eye on a few things!
That’s sweet. Happy birthday to your husband.
I always have a wish list on Amazon so I would use this a couple of things on my list.
Aren’t those lists great? Makes it so easy to keep track of gift ideas.
I’m starting to think about Christmas shopping…my hubby is making cornhole games for our families so I’d use it for bags to play with!
How fun! We host a music festival in our backyard each year and a couple of times someone has brought a corn hole game.
I would get a shower curtain!
You’re the second person who has said that’s what they would buy. Which reminds me. I have a new liner which I should hang one of these days.
I’d use the giftcard to start my Christmas shopping!
Sounds like a lot of us are already thinking of Christmas. 🙂
I would use for buy Kindle Books
Books are always a good purchase.
i would use it for some compression socks!
You win for most interesting purchase plan. 🙂
I would use the gift card to amazon to purchase something to entertain me. May be a book, maybe a movie, or something else.
We all deserve a little treat now and then. 🙂
I would buy the book The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer!
Now I’m intrigued. I’ll have to check that one out.
I would use it for new silverware
Tell me, have most of your teaspoons disappeared? That’s what happened to us.
I would purchase athletic wear with this gift card;)
I’m in need of some new yoga clothes. Mine are looking pretty shabby.
My husband recently became a long haul truck driver and there are several things he is wanting to make his life on the road easier 🙂
That’s a tough job. Anything to make him more comfortable will surely be appreciated.
I would use it for some new board books for my daughter.
Books are always a perfect choice.
I would put it towards things I need for my wedding
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
i would love some new clothes! 🙂
Me, too!
some e books for my granddaughter
Books of one form or another seem to be the most popular choice. 🙂
I would use it to start my Christmas shopping. I know it’s early.
I’m thinking about Christmas shopping, too!
I would probably use it to get vitamins or dog treats.
What kind of dog do you have?
I would use the Gift Card to buy some K-Cups.
They’re pretty expensive. I’m not a big coffee drinker but it would cost me a fortune to use K-Cups for all the tea I drink. Ha!
I would use it to buy scrapbook supplies.
There are so many cool scrapbook supplies these days.
Really glad I found your blog – and not because of the giveaway – but that’s fun, too! I really enjoyed going through your posts this evening and bookmarked you. As for what I would use the gift card for if I’m the lucky winner…. I’d use it towards some items I have in my Amazon wish list for our trip to Hawaii in November.
Thank you for your kind comment. I’m so happy to have a new reader. And that trip to Hawaii? Just a little jealous. 😉
I need a new day planner! Thanks so much for the chances to win
Have you picked one out? I’m always on the lookout for a better planner.
If I were to win, I would use the gift card for books. I absolutely love to read and even though my bookshelf is overflowing, I could always use new books.
There is no such thing as too many books!
I would use it for fitness DVDs.
Any good ones to recommend?
I would buy my daughter some new books she love to read!
It always makes me happy to hear about kids who love to read.
Hi! I am new to your blog…look forward to checking it out! Looks good so far
Welcome! It’s good to have you here.
I would use the gift card to get something off of my baby registry.
Congratulations on the new baby!
