Sundays Unplugged

Sundaysunplugged

I thought I’d add a feature to these “Sundays Unplugged” posts. I’ve been trying to get back into meditating on a daily basis and I know some of my readers are doing likewise. Each Sunday I’ll share a guided meditation or gentle yoga video. Let me know what you think.

This is the first time I have tried meditation. I find it hard to keep my mind ftom wandering to other issues. Will that improve as time goes on?

Yes, it will improve with time and practice. However, it doesn’t matter if it wanders. That’s natural. Each time it does, just acknowledge it and bring your awareness back to the breath. Don’t get frustrated with yourself. Just gently keep redirecting your mind. Namaste. 🙂

That sounds like a good idea.
