How was your week? Is it getting cooler where you live? We are having absolutely gorgeous weather although the pollen levels are ridiculously high. The volunteer fire department David belongs to hosted their annual community dinner last night. Rowdy Folk, one of the bands we help promote provided live music. David and another firefighter provided KFC for everyone and several of the women brought homemade desserts. That gave me a good excuse to make my special chocolate cake (I’ll share the recipe soon). It was a really nice evening.
