Hello, friends! I don’t know about you, but the week ahead is going to be a busy one for me as I finish holiday preps. David is out of town three days, we are going out to dinner and movie with friends, taking Shiloh (our Great Pyrenees) for his annual hamburger from Sonic Drive-In, etc. There won’t be much cooking of regular meals around here this week so I decided to do a roundup of all my special menus. I thought it might be fun to have them all in one place, anyway. I hope you have a wonderful week and if you’re looking for some menu inspiration, perhaps you’ll find it in one of these:

Things aren’t as busy with us as they are with you when it comes to holiday activities, since we’re keeping celebrations quiet – like we do most years these days. We’ve got a couple of things planned though.
If I can remember to keep adding any new “theme” menus to this post it will be handy.
I hope you have a lovely holiday. I finally got my cards in the mail this morning which means the ones traveling across the pond will arrive after Christmas. But it IS on its way. 🙂
