Welcome to the third week of November’s LWD Grocery Haul series in which I share our weekly grocery purchases, including prices. I’m always curious to see what others purchase and what food prices are in different countries or regions. I hope you are finding this series interesting and helpful.

LWD GROCERY HAUL
November 2024 ~ Week Three
I’m writing this in a hotel in Houston and on our way here I realized I had not brought the receipt with me for this post. I am pretty sure I remember what I bought because it wasn’t much. I had to guess the price on produce and the turkey breast but the rest I looked up on the website for the store. When I get home I’ll check the receipt and update these prices.
You’ll note that this is not anywhere close to a regular weekly shop. We are out of town Monday through Friday of this week. I put the cranberries and turkey breast in the freezer for Thanksgiving next week. I also bought Cheerios because they were such a good sale price.
The remaining items are things we brought with us on this trip. David is overseeing training for employees each day and his breakfast and lunch are provided. We have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. My breakfast plan consists of yogurt, banana and a cup of tea. Lunch is a tuna salad kit, string cheese and an apple. I also brought the Oreos, M&M’s, crackers and popcorn for snacks while driving or at night in the room. We will likely bring most of those home but I wanted to have options. I already had bottled water which I brought, along with tea bags, packets of organic sugar and instant coffee.
