Welcome to the fourth week of December’s LWD Grocery Haul series in which I share our weekly grocery purchases, including prices. I’m always curious to see what others purchase and what food prices are in different countries or regions. I hope you are finding this series interesting and helpful.

Our weekly menu…
We stayed on plan through Wednesday but had enough leftover lasagna and garlic bread for a repeat on Thursday. All I had to do was make another tossed green salad.
Instead of leftovers on Saturday, we are going to watch “A Christmas Story” and pick up Chinese food. This is one of our holiday traditions but we were unable to work it in before Christmas. I see no reason we can’t do it after, right?
Featured Recipe:
I made this tonight (Friday) and was reminded that this is one of the best ways to cook pork chops. They were so tender we could cut them with a fork! And the gravy is so good over rice or mashed potatoes.
